We offer author school visits starting at just $500 for schools in Ohio,
Kentucky, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, & Vermont. Some visits also have an additional, reasonable travel expense. Many open dates still exist for the 2007-2008 school year,
though October is filling up fast. We are now accepting bookings for southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and central New England. There will also be 4 slots available for the Raleigh
North Carolina region for Spring 2008. |

Author visits are a great way to to inspire kids and teach them about the creative process first
hand and to educate children about the publishing process as well as to encourage them to consider a career in the arts if they have such dreams. Many schools use author visits as a reward for

Author visits can be tailored to your schools' needs over time, but initially and typically ours involve some basic features.First, the author performs one
or two 45 minute assemblies with your children, discussing their books, the writing process, & more detailed educational facts presented in the books. Second, the author answers
questions from your students and staff. Third, the author mixes in fun activities that highlight all of the arts, from music and illustrating, to writing and acting.. Finally, he
personally autographs his books and talks one on one with the students! |
